Boutique Bed & Breakfast
Casa Varuna is an intimate retreat composed of three private residences in a quiet residential area of Antigua, Guatemala. Originally conceived as family homes, the residences were later brought together to create a small collection of eight unique suites that blend the comfort of a private home with the experience of a boutique bed & breakfast.
The Architecture
The architecture draws inspiration from Antigua's Spanish colonial heritage while incorporating contemporary European elements and volcanic stone sourced from the surrounding landscape.
The Decor
Inside, the spaces reflect the travels of the family behind the project, with interiors layered in Guatemalan textiles, local artwork, photography, and collected pieces from around the world.

The result is a calm and personal sanctuary where garden spaces, terraces, and thoughtfully curated interiors create a sense of quiet discovery.
